Mike was raised in Erie, PA where he attended Cathedral Preparatory School.   He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky including his final semester as an intern at the US Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs.  Upon graduation, he joined General Electric in their Commercial Leadership Program and also earned his MBA at the University of South Florida.  His journey into healthcare took place in 2003 when he joined Allergan.  In his decade there, he assumed roles of increasing responsibility in both leadership scope as well as training and development of people, culture and physician relationships.   After his time at Allergan, Mike briefly joined an eye care startup organization as part of a select national team which launched a new technology into the eye care market before being recruited to join what was one of the fastest growing Optometry practices in the country and remains one of the largest today.  He led acquisition efforts in a multi-region area over 8 years and the business experienced 2 successful recapitalizations during his tenure.  In 2023, after having helped the organization grow from 100 to over 800 offices, Mike and his partners came together to form Prism Consulting Partners.  When he is not working, Mike is an active member of F3 Nation as well as a coach for Let Me Run.  He resides in Fort Mill, SC with his wife and 2 children. 

Dave grew up in Kinnelon, NJ and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at William Patterson University. Upon graduation Dave joined a startup software company where he had early exposure to many of the skills needed to successfully launch and grow a business. In 2005, he joined Allergan's eyecare division and continued his career there over the next decade through various training, leadership development, and leadership positions. In 2010 he was relocated to Tampa, FL. After a few years in the Tampa area, Dave was recruited to form the foundation of a sales team to launch a novel dry eye test, which brought him back to his startup roots. In 2015, he   joined a fast growing Optometry practice as a Director of Practice Development, where he was tasked with acquiring Optometry practices. In 2023, after being part of a team that helped grow the organization by over 700 practices, Dave and his partners came back together to form Prism Consulting Partners, arguably the most experienced transformational consulting and healthcare acquisition team in the market today.  Dave currently resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL with his two dogs Meatball and Bug, and enjoys being outdoors and on the water.

Brian grew up in Orlando, FL and then attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA. While at Northeastern Brian was scholarship football player and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.  Upon graduation Brian joined Automatic Data Processing where he began his journey into the business world.  Next, Brian joined Alcon Laboratories on their eyecare team and continued his career there over the next decade through various training, leadership development, and leadership positions.  Brian has lead leadership, management and change management classes and has also consulted as well as lead leading sales teams.  In 2016, Brian joined the business development team with one of the fastest growing Optometry practices in the country where he was tasked with acquiring Optometry practices.  After seven plus years helping the organization grow by over 700 practices, in 2023 Brian and his partners came back together to form Prism Consulting Partners, arguably the most experienced healthcare acquisition team in the market today. Brian currently resides in Saratoga Springs, NY with his wife and 3 children. When he is not working you can find Brian on a golf course or a youth sport court/field coaching his children and their teammates.
